Based on the book The Secret by Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller, this four-hour program on leadership explores the differences between great leaders and ordinary leaders.

Participants will identify the traits common to all great leaders and discover the behaviors that inspire people to want to follow them.

This program is designed to
