Leadout—An Experience in Leadership^® is a dynamic, high-energy team development experience that uses a business simulation to reinforce the core concepts of the Team Performance Process. Teams compete against each other as they practice using and applying the knowledge and skills learned during the Situational Team Leadership training. The Leadout simulation consists of five phases: orientation, planning, map study, land exploration, and debriefing that simulate a real-world management situation.

This high-energy team development experience allows managers to walk away with a "how to" understanding instead of a set of foggy concepts. The simulation uses a land acquisition scenario that presents every challenge found in high performing work groups.
